By submitting feedback, ideas, ratings, reviews, or suggestions to Apply4, publicly through web pages (e.g. forums), or privately through Apply4’s customer service, (“Feedback”) you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your Feedback automatically becomes the property of Apply4 without any obligation of Apply4 to you; (b) your Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of you or any third party; (c) Apply4 may use or disclose such Feedback for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (d) Apply4 may have something similar to the Feedback already under consideration or in development; and (e) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Apply4 in respect of the Feedback.

Apply4 bears no responsibility for any fees or charges incurred to access the Service through an internet access or mobile access provider, or other third party, including but not limited to charges incurred to send or receive SMS messages.
You agree to use the Service for purposes relating to your own personal needs or the needs of the your business only, and not for any unintended use of the Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, frame, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service’s websites.
The Service may display advertisements or announcements. In consideration for Apply4 granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Apply4 may place such advertising or announcements on the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Apply4 and its affiliates, members, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content or Feedback you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, you submission or Feedback, your violation of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE or your violation of any rights of another.

You agree that Apply4 may terminate your Apply4 account and/or access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, (a) breaches or violations of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you to delete your account, (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service, (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, or (h) non-payment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your Apply4 account includes deletion of your Content, deletion of your password and all related information, and files and content associated with your account. Further, you agree that Apply4 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to the Service.

We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

While we notify local communities of activity in their area and actively seek feedback on the impact of such activity on communities , we do not endorse and are not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of any advice, opinion or statement made by third parties on the Service.
Apply4 allows customers (generally local authorities or landowners wishing to allow filming or events to take place on their property) to choose how they wish to pay for the service they recieve. One option is “user pays”. You acknowledge that you may be using Apply4 to enter into an agreement with a third party (our customers) and that as part of the agreement fees may be payable by you to the third party (our customers). Apply4 Technology may receive a portion or share of such fees if the third party (our customer) has agreed to allow Apply4 to accept a portion or share of the fee as payment for the service supplied by Apply4.
Apply4 reserves the right to change or modify the Service, any of the terms and conditions contained in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE, or any policy governing the Service, at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing any updates to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE at https://www.apply4.com/terms and conditions of service. Any changes or modifications to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE will become binding after your continued use of the Service after such terms have been updated by Apply4.
