Cheltenham Borough Council has signed up to use EventApp to streamline its application and approval process for public events.
With a packed year-round calendar that includes literature jazz and science festivals Cheltenham needed a more efficient, transparent system for managing event applications and documentation. EventApp will provide organisers with a single online portal to submit applications, upload key documents and communicate with the council.
The events team will benefit from a centralised dashboard, automated workflows and improved oversight across all upcoming events.
