The Apply4 Team combines unique experience in film production, events management and software development. We started creating online applications for film and event administrators working in local government in 2007. We have continually evolved our offerings in line with our clients needs, investing in cloud-based technology. We now have over 60 clients in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Chairman and Founder
Andrew spent many years working in film production before applying his industry knowledge to software development, to improve the way permits are processed. With his wealth of experience managing inflexible film schedules and limited budgets, Andrew knew that efficient software could make all the difference. For this reason, the first product he developed was FilmApp. The benefits to Events became obvious very quickly and Apply4 Technology’s product portfolio has grown accordingly.
Karen worked at the Daily Mirror newspaper before joining the film industry as a Production Secretary, Production Manager and finally Head of Production. In 2009, Karen joined Andrew Pavord as a co-director of FilmFixer Ltd and Apply4 Technology Ltd. Karen has a wealth of industry knowledge and understands better than anyone how important it is for communication to be clear and error free.
Managing Director USA
Greg Schwanzl has a long history in software sales and marketing. Greg understands customers requirements, and knows how to communicate these user stories to the development team. Greg heads up the USA division of Apply4 Technology.
Chief Technology Officer
Matt heads up the technology team at Apply4 and is responsible for product strategy and development. He works closely with our product owner and software developers to continually improve the Apply4 platform. As a seasoned, hands-on technologist, Matt has run technology teams for a number of innovative businesses. He has a background in software development and expertise in a broad range of technologies. Matt loves using technology to make the world work just that little bit better.
Before joining Apply4, Sam designed, managed and delivered digital services in Government. He brings a vast knowledge of the needs of the public sector and has experience working on a variety of digital products and services. Sam is the Product Owner for the Apply4 system, working closely with our customers and customer support team to understand client needs and translating them into solutions with our software development team.
Customer Operations Officer
Esther started out in the recruitment industry after deciding that the legal profession was truly not for her. Her positivity, love of people and an unwavering desire to deliver a solution led to strong results and a desire to remain in a customer focused role. As a Customer Operations Officer for Apply4, Esther proudly represents our customers as a whole within the company. Her friendly but firm attitude and inability to let things go has led to customers having a strong voice internally.
Customer Operations Officer and IT Manager
Hugh has a diverse background in both the private and public sector. Having worked for the Home Office, NHS and local Government, he has a wide knowledge of the public sector and is ideally placed to understand the needs of our clients. Hugh has also worked extensively in property management, developing a strong track record of customer service and communication. As a Customer Operations Officer for Apply4, Hugh works closely with our customers and carries out a variety of work across the Apply4 platform.
